From the beginning, the Varsity business has been focused on perfecting the fit, feel and fabrics of its caps. Relentless in the pursuit of this mission, the team has developed beautifully made, quality caps to meet the demands of customers, which also, and perhaps more importantly, can stand the test of time.
With a shared love for classic baseball caps, both brothers, founders Sebastien and Alex had found it hard to find one cap brand in particular with the quality and shape they desired, so the goal became very simple – to create a timeless baseball cap made from quality materials and with the most premium fit.
With Alexander’s background in business and finance and Sebastians’s in product design and entrepreneurship – the two set out to develop the perfect cap and as a result, Varsity was born.
Now boasting a wide range of caps loved by customers globally. Every detail has been re-thought – from signature adjustable straps inspired by luxury watch straps, to the defined shape and fit of the caps. The team works closely with suppliers and partners to bring the most premium, cutting edge fabrics sourced from some of the world’s most luxurious and sustainable mills including Northern Italy, Switzerland, Scotland and Portugal with fabrics including Oilskin, Cashmere and tech Schoeller fabric.

Taking inspiration from their original six-panel cap shape, Varsity Headwear designers have introduced a new geometric pattern in Seaqual textile, symbolising the now iconic model.
Carried across three colour-ways in dusk blue, almond beige and papaya orange, the special edition Seaqual cap features the subtle, custom-made geometric pattern made from Seaqual yarn, which is a high quality 100% post-consumer recycled polyester yarn containing Seaqual marine plastic.
