Dubai’s dynamic cultural landscape receives a creative boost this autumn as renowned contemporary art gallery Taymour Grahne Projects opens its new 2,000-square-foot permanent space in Alserkal Avenue, the city’s buzzing arts hub. Marking its 12th anniversary, the gallery celebrates its commitment to contemporary luxury and creative travel by inaugurating the venue with an evocative solo exhibition by American artist Gail Spaien, titled Arranging Flowers, on view from 18 September to 6 November 2025.

The exhibition represents a timely exploration of painting as an emotional exchange, curated within Spaien’s meticulously composed interiors and dreamlike landscapes. Based in Maine, Spaien (b.1958) creates serene scenes that compel viewers to engage deeply with their surroundings and inner worlds—a welcome reflective pause in Dubai’s ever-moving creative atmosphere.
