Entry to competitions: When you enter a competition via our website we may collect your contact details which may include name, email address and phone number.

An event invitation: When you register to attend one of our events, we may collect your personal information. Often events are sometimes run with a partner – we would let you know this in our communication to you.

How we use this data: We process your personal data on the basis of consent, to allow us to process your entry into the competition. Your information will be deleted after the competition has closed and a winner has been drawn.

If you have given your consent and chosen to add your details to our online newsletter database you will receive emailers from us.

We will only share your personal data with selected third parties if you have won the prize that you have entered so that the company can give the prize to you.

We use the email platform provider MailChimp. They comply with EU-U.S. Privacy Shield Framework and the Swiss – U.S. Privacy Shield Framework. A copy of their privacy policy can be found here.
