HAPPY 60th BIRTHDAY MIFFY
The adorable Miffy turns 60 this year. First appearing in a booked called ‘Miffy Goes to the Zoo‘ in 1955 she was the creation of Dutch artist Dick Bruna. Since then Miffy’s look has transformed a little and she has appeared in over 30 books. To celebrate her significant milestone heritage cuddly toy manufacturer Steiff have launched two very cute limited edition versions of the bunny.
Using pure white mohair and with a carefully hand-stitched signature cross nose the moveable Miffy (the toys have moveable head, arms and legs) costs £169 for the 25cm toy (pictured above) and £85 for the 12cm keyring (pictured below).
